Bee on Echinacea
Digging through the memory card on my camera, I found a rather pretty image of a bee on an echinacea flower that I'd taken a year or so ago.

The original is rather large. You can see the hairs on the bee. There's something I've always loved about close-up nature photography, and seeing the tiny things that live around us. Flowers and plants are by far my favourite photographic subjects.
